Terms & Conditions

Plans offered are for Residential (100mbps/ 250mbps/ 5000mbps) and Business (30mbps/ 100mbps/ 250mbps).

Our broadband service only covers certain areas as stated in our network coverage.

Minimum subscription period for VC Telecoms Fibre Broadband is 24 months, effective from the date of service installation.

Each package subscription comes with Standard Installation which comprises (up to) 5 meters internal fibre and 1 meter LAN.

Package offered is inclusive of free wireless router.

All equipment provided by VC Telecoms is subjected to 1 year warranty from the installation date. Warranty is for manufacturing defects only.

Prices stated are not inclusive of 6% SST.

Billing or invoicing shall be on monthly basis.

Service offered is based on best-effort practice

Our technical support for Fiber Broadband is available during normal working days (from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm)

The Customer understands and acknowledges that the internet access speed for the service may be affected as a result of the following factors:
i. Location of website where users may experience lower speeds from the same international websites.
ii. Capacity of visited web server.
iii.Network congestion as a result of network maintenance.
iv. Running multiple application simultaneously.
v. Accessing internet through WiFi that will cause slow speed than by wire.
vi. Operating system where some configuration of users operating system may slow down internet performance.

If the customer terminates the service before end of subscription period, the customer shall pay early termination fee of RM500 for Residential Package and RM1000 for Business Package

Package downgrade will be subjected to a fee of RM200.

Service would be suspended after 2 subsequent months of late payment.

VC Telecoms shall charge the customer RM20 of activation fee for every re-connection of suspended broadband service. The charge will be included in the next billing.

The suspended broadband service shall only be activated on the next working days if the payment of the outstanding amount is received after 5.00pm.

The suspended broadband service shall only be activated once VC Telecoms received a full payment of the outstanding bill.
