MITI DAY (Northern Region)

IPOH, 6 th MAY 2017 - YB Minister of International Trade and Industry (MITI), Dato' Seri Mustapa Mohamed officiated the Opening Ceremony of MITI Day 2017 at the AJCC 1 Hall, Hotel Casuarina @ Meru. Also present at the opening ceremony was YB Deputy Minister of International Trade and Industry, Dato 'Haji Ahmad Bin Haji Maslan, YB State Secretary, Dato' Seri Abdul Puhat Bin Mat Nayan and YAB Menteri Besar Perak, Dato 'Seri DiRaja Dr. Zambry Bin Abd Kadir.

The purpose of MITI Day 2017 was to promote the role and function of MITI and agencies under MITI to customers and people in the field of investment and trade in the country. In conjunction with MITI Day 2017 is the “Minggu Perusahaan Kecil dan Sederahana (PKS)”2017, jointly organized by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry, SME Corp Malaysia and the Perak State Government, involving 50 selected entrepreneurs. VCTEL showcased our Robot Technology and opened a booth-counter information during the event. Beside that, VCTEL is the Official Internet Service Provider for the event.

PANGKOR INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT DIALOGUE

IPOH, 11th SEPTEMBER 2017 - The Pangkor International Development Dialogue (PIDD) 2017, the fourth in the annual series with the theme "Making the Future: Innovative Pathways towards Sustainable Development" has introduced a new element in the form of Perak Festival of Ideas.

The event aimed at exchanging ideas and gathering inputs on how best to pursue and implement the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals for a better world. Institut Darul Ridzuan (IDR) as the host had partnered up with United Nations Develoment Programme (UNDP) and Northern Corridor Implementation Authority (NCIA) whereby 1,500 participants from 30 countries took part in the event.  VCTEL is the Official Internet Service Provider for the event and participated in the showcase.

VCSB MOTORCYCLE FUN-RIDE

SEPANG, 19 OCTOBER 2017 - Ride on! VCTEL organized a half-day motorcycle fun-ride from our Main Office in Bandar Baru Bangi to Bagan Lalang, Sepang. More than twenty (20) motorcycles and two (2) 4wd participated in the fun-ride program and road safety measurements were taken to ensure safety of all of the participants during the program.
