  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position with exposure in Telecommunications industry would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in conducting market intelligence and compiling comprehensive report.
  • Capable in developing new business opportunities/wallet share
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Baru Bangi.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent. MBA with specialisation in sales and marketing is an added advantage.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • 10 years’ of recent and relevant sales & marketing experience within the telco industry and 5+ years in a leadership position.
  • Experience in closing at least RM10millions sales through close monitoring and evaluating sales rep progress against stated expectations.
  • Proven record of leadership and managing a sales organization with global responsibility and establishing long term strategic growth initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and is able to assist in identifying and providing solutions to complex operational issues.
  • Preferably Senior Manager specialized in Sales - telco industry either retail or wholesale products or services.


  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
  • Create a culture of success for ongoing business, achievement and manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
  • Manage the use of budgets and oversee sales staff incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
  • Outline and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities


To construct cable networks according to the design specified robotic tools in an effective and efficient manner, within the timeline given.


Diploma in Mechatronic, Mechanical, or any engineering/technical discipline. Those from other educational discipline or with lesser qualifications but with experience in handling automated machinery will be considered.


A team player, organiser and self-starter, able to effectively understand and communicate stakeholders' requirements, able to show appropriate initiative, and a fast learner. Ability to understand verbal and written English is essential.


Posses valid Malaysian Class D driving license, willing to work shift hours, and willing to work in arduous environment.
